Birth: Jan. 22, 1888 Death: Oct. 17, 1974 Roy Duley Dies; Rites Saturday Roy H. Duley, 86, of 190 Sapp street, died at 2:35 a.m. today, October 17, 1974, in his home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Kuecks-Woolsey Funeral Home. Dr. James K. White will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 until 9 p.m. Friday. Mr. Duley was born Jan. 22, 1888, in Elm Grove Township, a son of Peter and Rickie Hartman Duley. He maried Blanche Hodge Oct. 2, 1919, at Pekin. He was a World War I U.S. Army veteran and had been employed by the City of Pekin Street Department, retiring in 1954. Surviving are his wife; one brother, John of Fiatt; one sister, Mrs. Louise Schwinn of Pekin; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, two brothers and five sisters.
