They were later married on May 3, 1958 at St. Anne?s Catholic Church, Bismarck. They moved to a farmstead northwest of Wishek, ND where they farmed until November 2013, when they moved to CHI Riverview Assisted Living in Fargo.Lucy loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. Her specialties were fried chicken, homemade pizza, kuchen, popcorn balls, cherry rolls and many delicious homemade candies. She spent countless hours outdoors working in the yard, gardening and growing beautiful flowerbeds. Lucy and Tony enjoyed hosting many family reunions on the farm and most years would host a 4th of July party. Lucy would spare no expense on fireworks. She loved being around family and friends, especially her grandchildren and she created many wonderful memories for all those who knew her. She cherished her annual sister trips with Bernie and Elsie.Lucy was active in her faith and taught CCD classes for many years. She attended daily Mass at Riverview Place. She was a 4-H leader and enjoyed playing cards.Lucy?s spirit, wit, laugh and determination will be deeply missed by all.
