Birth: Feb. 2, 1927 Harrison County Indiana, USA Death: Mar. 15, 2012 Corydon Harrison County Indiana, USA LANESVILLE - Zollman, Cletus M. 85, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Harrison Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon, IN. He was born in Harrison County on February 2, 1927, the son of Urban and Rachel Green Zollman. He was a lifelong resident of Harrison County, where he owned a farm in Lanesville. He served his community for many years as chief of the Lanesville Volunteer Fire Dept. He was dedicated to public service and his community, Cletus was a Franklin Township Trustee, the Harrison County Trustee, and then the Harrison County Auditor. Along with his wife, Imelda, they owned and operated Zollman Furniture. Cletus was preceded in death by his oldest son, Johnny and youngest daughter, Lori. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Imelda K. Kochert Zollman; daughters, Patti Withers (Rick) and Pam Mason (Glenn); son, Rob Zollman (Deanna) all of Lanesville; and son, Don Zollman (Jonell) of Georgetown; and one sister, Bernice Barnickle of Lanesville; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Lanesville on Monday at 10 a.m., with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon on Sunday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Monday. The family suggests expressions of sympathy be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
