He was born to the late Walter and Ella (Michel) Weisent in Dexter City, Ohio on Sept. 15, 1930. He retired from WCI and was a part time farmer. Carl proudly served his country as an army veteran. His favorite hobby was going to auctions. In addition to his parents, Carl is preceded in death by siblings, Helen Smith, Rueben Weisent and Kenneth Weisent. Carl is survived by his wife of 51 years, 5 children, 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 5 siblings, and a sister-in-law. Carl's family will receive friends Sunday from 1-4 p.m. at the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home in Louisville. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated for Carl Monday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Harrisburg with Rev. Fr. Nicholas Mancini officiating.
