He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Leona Dahm, his wife of 47 years Peggy Dahm, 3 brothers Bob, Bill and Jerry, 1 sister Marilyn Dahm. Survived by daughter Karen (Steve) Naas of Englewood, son Chris (Ginger) of Dayton, 5 grandchildren Katy and Lauren Dahm, Patrick, Abby and Jillian Naas, 3 sisters Kathleen Dahm, Margaret (Dan) Krapf, Carol (Joe) Johnston, sisters-in-law Sandy Dahm and Mary Jo Dahm, 2 brothers Fred (Becky) and Denny, brothers-in-law Mike (Sandy) Monaghan, Bill (Mary Anne) Neary, and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Jim was a 1957 graduate of Chaminade High School and was a US Navy Veteran. He was a member of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception parish. Jim was a second generation owner of Dahm Brothers Co. Inc. along with brothers Bob, Bill and Fred, and retired in 2003. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016 at St. Charles Catholic Church 4500 Ackerman Blvd. Kettering OH 45429 by Father Dan Meyer. Interment Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N.
