  [S927] Obituary. Lea was born on March 16, 1931, in Regent, North Dakota, the daughter of Mike and Margaret (Wandler) Jahner. She grew up and received her education in Regent. On June 12, 1950, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Regent, she was married to John Braun. They lived in Dickinson, North Dakota and Colby, Kansas before moving to Willmar in 1955. She was employed as a homemaker raising four children and an Avon Sales Rep. for over 20 years, retiring in 1993. She was an active member of the Church of St. Mary and was a past president of the Parish Society and member of the D.A.V. Auxiliary. Lea was also a volunteer election judge for many years. She enjoyed baking, traveling, gardening, playing cards and bible study. Leontine "Lea" Rose Braun, age 76, of Willmar, died unexpectedly, Tuesday afternoon, October 16, 2007 at her home.
