ANSTED - Albert Deligne Sr., 72, died Friday, April 26, 2002, at his home. Born April 15, 1930, at Romont, he was the son of the late Joseph H. Deligne Sr. and Nora Marie Smith Deligne. Mr. Deligne was co-owner of Deligne Sales and Service Inc. of Ansted and attended Ansted Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mildred Deligne; three sons, Ed Deligne of Ansted, Steve Deligne of Huntington and Bill Deligne of Nokesville, Va.; a brother, Joseph H. Deligne Jr. of Ansted; and six grandchildren. Joint funeral service for Mr. Deligne and his mother, Nora Marie Smith Deligne, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ansted Baptist Church with Pastor Larry Gawthrop officiating. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor. Friends may call two hours before service Tuesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions of sympathy may be made to the Ansted Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 388, Ansted, WV 25812. Arrangements by Wallace & Wallace Funeral Chapel, Ansted.
