Friedrika married Johannes BERTSCH on the 17th of December 1868 in Rohrbach, Beresan, Odessa, South Russia. The couple was blessed with no less than 14 children. Johannes and Friedrika BERTSCH along with their children Eilsabetha and Gottlieb immigrated to America via the Port of Hamburg, Germany on the 20th August 1874 aboard the SS "Schiller" and arrived at the Port of New York, New York on the 1st September 1874.
