Schauer, age 95, Bismarck, ND, passed away on June 4, 2015, at St. Gabriel's Community in Bismarck. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, with Rev. Darrel Aleson officiating. Burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck. Reinhold was born in McLean County, ND, where he lived and worked with his family of five sisters and five brothers. He loved his horses and dogs. He spent many hours breaking and training horses, as well as, taking in a local rodeo now and then. He met and married Esther Renz in 1942, after which they moved to Moffit. They raised three girls there, Irene, Diane, and Debra. Along with the farming, they raised sheep and cattle, and numerous horses and dogs. In 1965 they moved to Bismarck and opened Schauer Real Estate. They worked in the realty business as Real Estate Brokers until they retired in 2005. After moving to Bismarck, Reiny got involved in team roping and continued to rope until he was unable to do so. Reinhold is survived by his daughters, Irene, and son-in-law, Donald Charbonneau, and Diane, and son-in-law, Richard Fransen; his grandchildren, Wyatt (Tammy) Fransen, Mark (Derresi) Roberts, Greg (Sonja) Roberts, Lori (Roberts) Flannigan, and Katie Kirschman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther; daughter, Debra; and all of his brothers and sisters, except Viola, have passed on.
