Robert Williamson, 84, of Steubenville, died Tuesday, April 19, 2011. He was born in Wellsville, on July 6, 1926, the son of the late Clarence and Gladys Kochert Williamson. A retired regional sales manager for Penn Central Railroad, which was later Conrail Railroad, he also was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church. Mr. Williamson was a Navy veteran of WWII and Korea. His wife, Jacqueline "Jackie" McCleery Williamson, preceded him in death, as did a grandson. Survivors include his children, Greg A. Williamson of Zanesville, Ohio, and Nancy W. Farrell of Orlando, Fla.; and two grandchildren. Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today, Friday, April 22, 2011, at Shorac Funeral Home, formerly McClave Funeral Home, Steubenville. The funeral service is 10 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2011, at Covenant Presbyterian Church, Steubenville, with Rev. Paul Danielson officiating. Burial at Springhill Cemetery, Wellsville.
