Philip was born in Woonsocket, RI on August 30, 1936 and has been a resident of Benton, LA since 1973. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a veterinarian's assistant for twenty-six years and took great pleasure in working with the animals that were in his care. Philip was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sibley. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette DeSito Laliberte; his sons, Reverend Scott Louis Laliberte of Sibley, LA and Philip A.
