Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mandan, with the Rev. Shane Campbell as celebrant. Burial will be at Mandan Union Cemetery. Clementina was born March 23, 1911, to Ralph and Anna (Gratz) Zander. Clementina married George Stein and of this marriage four children were born. George died in 1950 and in 1952, she married George Fleck to which one son was born, Kelly Fleck. In having lived life of 100 years, Clementina's determination and strong faith were always evident. Life in rural America with family was for her a cherished memory. Blessed to have shared her life is her daughter, Geraldine (Ray) Haider, Mandan; her sons, George (Alma), Livingston, Mont., Bob, Seattle, Kelly (Karen), Mandan, and Dar, Dallas; 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; her stepchildren, Eugene (Yvonne) Fleck, Evelyn Schmidt, Lucille (James) Hatzenbuhler, Helen (Ron) Mischel, Mary Schmidt and Lavon Hatzenbuhler; and many step-grandchildren. Clementina was preceded in death by her husbands, George Stein in 1950 and George Fleck in 1967; one stepson, Donald Fleck; one step-son-in-law, Larry Schmidt; two grandchildren, Becky (Haider) Fitchner and Robby Stein; her sisters, Johanna (George) Hoffman and Rose (John) Stein; and her brothers, George (Magdaline) Zander and Kasper (Carolyn) Zander.
