  [S927] Obituary. Merryman, William F.: William F. Merryman, 71, Lincoln Ave., Shadyside, died Saturday, Jan 27, 1996 at his residence. He was born Nov. 9, 1924 in Bellaire, a son of the late Harold L. and Dorothy McLane Merryman. A retired employee of Merryman Buick Co. Bellaire and Long Auto, Shadyside, he was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church Shadyside, American Legion Post 46 of Benwood where he was past commander, the Shadyside Boosters. He served as a little League coach for 20 years in Shadyside and was an Army veteran of WW II. He was preceded in death by a son, John Merryman. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Smith Merryman; five sons, Thomas W., Kenneth L., Timothy H. and Randy J., all of Shadyside and Patrick L. of Sarasota, FL.; two daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Amy) Lowe of Shadyside and Mrs. Doug (Sue Ann) Koch of Poland, Ohio; three brothers, Robert E. of Shadyside, Paul L. of Burleson, Texas, and Donald L. of Bellaire; 13 grandchildren. Friends will be received 7to 9 p.,. and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday at the Bauknecht Funeral Home, Shadyside. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Shadyside. Burial follows in Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire. Vigil services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday and American Legion services at 7 p.m. both in the funeral home.
