He was a retired truck driver for Darvo, formerly known as Chriss, and Shaver Cement Company with 43 years of service. Clarence was the oldest living member of Teamsters Local 175 and attended First Baptist Church of Pinch. Clarence was preceded in death by his wife, Chessie; a brother, Orlan Stoffel; a sister, Dorothy Pritt; and a grandchild, David Morris. He is survived by a daughter, Holly Morris; a sister, Helen Jones of Virginia; grandchildren, Bobbi Morris of Elkview and Kelly Ingram of Alum Creek; and four great-grandchildren, Alicia Belcher, Kirsten Belcher, Taylor Belcher and Britney Copen. Service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 8, at the Hafer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Keeney officiating. Burial will follow in Jarrett Cemetery, Elkview.
