Dorothy was born March 15, 1921 in Stacyville, IA. She served as an RN in WW II, and also was a nurse for many years in School District 196. Preceding her in death were her husband Albert; and brother Roman Schumacher. Dorothy's survivors include a daughter Julie (Hartley) Reed of Prior Lake; sons, Mark (Catherine) of Apple Valley; James (Lorraine) of Lakeville and Charles (Anne) Brumm of Apple Valley; seven grandchildren; a brother Huburt (Jeanne) Schumacher and a sister Mary Virgine (Jerry) Scheer of Osage.
