Mary Zimmerle, 84, of Olney, died at 8:10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, 1993, at Richland Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Zirkle Funeral Home with Paul Prater and Steve Hale officiating. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Olney.
Mrs. Zimmerle was born May 10, 1908, in Richland County, the daughter of Jesse and Alice (Williams) Davis. She married Walter Zimmerle Dec. 24, 1929 in Olney. He preceded her in death Feb. 15, 1989.
Mrs. Zimmerle was a homemaker. She was a bookkeeper for many years for Dairy Brand. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Royal Neighbors of America Camp 429, Clio Club and Richland Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Mrs. Zimmerle is survived by one son, Harold Reed of Denver, Colo.; one brother, Vern Davis of Hammond, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Alma) Hart and Mrs. Bill (Louella) Stone, both of Olney; four grandchildren; two great-grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Zimmerle was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers, Myrel, Pearl, Loy, and Harley, and two sisters, Cora and Mollie Schoffsta11.
