LAURA E. FLICKINGER
Laura E. Flickinger, 100, died March 22, 1994, at Wheatlands Health Care Center, Kingman.
She was born July 30, 1893, at Nickerson, the daughter of Samuel W. and Emma Geist Werner. A longtime Reno County resident, she was a homemaker.
She was a member of Sterling Evangelical Mennonite Church, rural Sterling.
On Oct. 7. 1916, she married William H. Flickinger at Newton. He died March 31, 1959.
Survivors include: a son, William Glenn, Arlington; eight grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinaon, with the Rev. Larry D. Alexader presiding.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at the mortuary. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson. Memorials may be sent to Wheatlands Health Care Center in care of the mortuary.
