Remains at the residence, 1314 Huntoon Avenue. Funeral Monday, September 8, from the residence at 1 p.m. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery. COURIER JOURNAL OBITUARY – 09/06/1930 Funeral services for Joseph Edward Mees, 53 years old, who was found dead at 9:30 o'clock Friday morning at his home, 1314 Huntoon Avenue, will be held at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon at the residence. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Mees is survived by his wife, Mrs. Minnie Fischer Mees; three sons, Louis Mees, Robert Mees and Phillip George Mees; two daughters, Miss Louise Mees and Miss Mary Mees; two brothers, Louis Mees of Newcastle, Ind., and Will Mees of Frankfort, Ky., and two sisters, Mrs. John Wesch and Mrs. Tillie McCubbin.
