Jerry A. Bresock
Jerry A. Bresock, 23, of 2531 Ridge avenue, an employee of E. Mast and Sons, was apparently killed late Friday night or early Saturday morning when his motorcycle plunged over a steep bank of U.S. 22, two miles east of Somerset, the Lancaster Post of the Highway Patrol said Saturday.
His body was found shortly before 8 pm Saturday and identified by papers found on the body. Perry County Coroner R. E. Herendeen gave a verdict of accidental death from a broken neck.
He was born May 21, 1950 in Zanesville, the son of James and Edna Spargrove Bresock of 3380 Ridge road.
Mr. Bresock was a member of Brighton Presbyterian Church and Laborers Local No. 530. He graduated from Maysville High School in 1968 and from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor of science degree in Business Adminstration in 1972.
Survivors include the parents: a brother, Jeffrey of 2531 Ridge avenue; his grandmother, Mrs Gladys Spargrove of 710 Spangler drive, and several aunts and uncles.
