A native of Harrison County, she was the widow of Albert Ferber. She is survived by two sons, Lawrence Ferber, New Albany, and Carl Ferber, Columbia; four daughters, Mrs. Albert Hahn, New Salisbury, Mrs. Ralph Stucky and Mrs. George Packwood, both of New Albany, and Mrs. Harry Porter, Orleans; 35 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren. The Rosary service will be read at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Kahl Funeral Home, Palmyra. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. in St. Michael Church, Bradford, with burial in the church cemetery. CORYDON DEMOCRAT OBITUARY ? 10/15/1958 Mrs. Mary Fessel Ferber, 80, of Bradford, died Monday in St. Edward's Hospital in New Albany. Mrs. Ferber fell a week ago and suffered a broken hip. Mrs. Ferber was the widow of Albert Ferber. Her remains were at the Kahl Funeral Home in Palmyra. Requiem mass was held this (Wednesday) morning at 9:00 o'clock at St. Michael's Church in Bradford. Burial was in the church cemetery. Surviving are two sons, Lawrence Ferber, New Albany and Carl Ferber, Columbia; four daughters Mrs. Albert Hahn, New Salisbury, Mrs. Ralph Stucky and Mrs. George Packwood, both of New Albany and Mrs. Harry Porter, Orleans. She also leaves 35 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.
