Michael V. Ubelhor, 42
Michael V. Ubelhor, 42, of 1128 S. 20th St., died unexpectedly at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2006, at his residence. He had battled diabetes since the age of 3.
Born March 1, 1963, to Donald and Donna M. Simpson Ubelhor in Lafayette, he was a 1982 graduate of Jefferson High School and attended Ivy Tech State College.
His marriage was to Candy S. Lucas on Dec. 17, 2001, in Lafayette, and she survives.
He was employed as an associate for Subaru of Indiana in Lafayette.
Mr. Ubelhor was a member of Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) and was a former member of ABATE of Indiana.
He enjoyed attending car shows.
Surviving with his wife and parents are a daughter, Brittney N. Ubelhor Northcutt of Lafayette; a son, Brandon M. Ubelhor of Mulberry; a stepson, Anthony Lucas of Lafayette; a brother, John Ubelhor (wife: Cathy) of Minneapolis, Minn.; and 3 sisters, Kathy Cole (husband: Dean) of Goodland, Mary Ann Cormany (husband: Ryan) of Battle Ground and Donna Smith (husband: Jim) of West Lafayette.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday at HAHN-GROEBER FUNERAL HOME, Lafayette. Funeral services 10 a.m. Saturday at Lafayette First Church of the Nazarene, 201 S. 500 E., Lafayette, Pastor Matt White officiating. Interment Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
