  [S927] Obituary. IN MEMORY OF Harold Edward Wegmann Harold Edward Wegmann, age 72, died at 2:50 am Saturday September 9, 2006 at his home in Woodlawn. Harold was born December 10, 1933, in Woodlawn, IL, to Edward J. and Zelda Margaret (Piercy) Wegmann. He married Dorothy Jean (Owens) on December 14, 1952, at Mt. Catherine Christian Church in rural Woodlawn, IL. and she survives. Harold was a farmer and worked at Mt. Vernon Elevator. He was also a member of Mt. Catherine Christian Church and served on the Mt. Catherine Cemetery Board and was also a member of Farm Bureau. Mr. Wegmann is survived by his wife, Jean of Woodlawn; one daughter, Lana Brookman and husband Gary of Ina, IL. One brother, Jerry Wegmann of Virginia. One sister, Sue Eckhardt of Wentzville, MO. Two Grandsons, Lance Hutchison and wife Cathy of Woodlawn; and Laramie Hutchison of Woodlawn, IL One great grandson, Cody Hutchison. One nephew, Michael Wegmann & wife Julia; Two nieces, Shelly Connaway and Marsha & husband Larry Edwards He was preceded in death by his parents; one infant brother, Billy Dale Wegmann, one brother-in-law, Steve Eckhardt; one sister-in-law, Pat Wegmann. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Tuesday at Mt. Catherine Christian Church in rural Woodlawn, with Brother Bob Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Catherine Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 am until the service time on Tuesday at the church. For those wishing, memorials may be given to Hospice of Good Samaritan Hospital.
