Richner, Mollie Richner nee Thornberry Spirit of Democracy, Woodsfield, Ohio, dated, January 17, 1946 Mrs. Mollie Thornberry Richner died in a New York City hospital Wednesday morning [January 16, 1946] following an operation. Mrs. Richner had gone to New York with her daughter, Mrs. Milton Wolpert and Dr. Wolpert, of Chester, W. Va., where they expected to spend several weeks. In addition to Mrs. Wolpert, another daughter, Mrs. John Riley of Beallsville, and a son, Dr. Charles Richner of Woodsfield survive. Her husband, Everett Richner, preceded her in death several years ago. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Harry Ogle of Columbus and Mrs. Harry Troutman, of Marysville, and two brothers, Carl and Roscoe of Woodsfield. The body will be brought to Woodsfield and funeral arrangements are in charge of the Galbraith funeral home.
