  [S927] Obituary. Florence M. Samblanet, age 91, of St. Joseph Hospice passed away Friday Sept. 28 [1990] following a short illness. Born Jun 21, 1899 to the late Henry and Anna Warner Bishop, she lived in Stark County for 75 years. She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, St. Ann?s Altar and Rosary Society and the Columbus Women?s Club. She is survived by three sons: Paul of North Canton, Robert of Sarasota, Florida, and Joseph of Louisville; three daughters, Mrs. Francis (Ruth) Gulling of Louisville, Sister Grace Marie (Dorothy) of Chicago, IL, and Mrs. Thomas (Alice) Vignos of North Canton; one sister, Mrs. Arlene Schumacher of Louisville, 33 grandchildren, and 42 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent; a daughter, Esther Rupple; brothers Harold and Oscar; sisters, Freda, Lillian, Lucille, and Leona. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Louis Church with burial in the church cemetery. Calling hours were on Sunday in the Paquelet Funeral Home. St. Ann?s and the Columbus Women?s Club also held services at the funeral home.
