At the age of 53, Mrs. Jane Lehmiller Patton was pronounced dead on arrival at Aultman Hospital Saturday evening. Born in North Industry, she had resided in Des Plaines, Illinois and then returned to North Industry five years ago. A graduate of Miami University (Ohio), she had done graduate work at Ohio State University and had formerly been a teacher at Louisville High School and at St. Joseph?s grade school in Canton. Her husband, Donald B. Patton who preceded her in death in 1962, had also taught at LHS. She had most recently been associated with the family in the operation of Lehmiller Hardware in North Industry. Surviving her is her son, Jeffrey Lee, her father, Jay E. Lehmiller, and her sister, Louise Lehmiller, all of the home; and one brother, John Lehmiller of North Industry, and one step-sister, Mrs. Paul (Betty) Davidson of Huntington Beach, Calif. A Requiem High Mass was sung Wednesday morning in St. Mary?s Catholic Church and burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
