Crum, 82, of Carlisle (Caldwell Route 1) died at 6 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 11) at good Samaritan Hospital where she had been admitted a few hours earlier. She was born Jan. 23, 1887, in Noble Co unty. a daughter of Peter and Rosa Sorg. Mrs. Crum was a member of St. Michael's Catholic church at Carlisle and its Women's Club. Her husband, Charles, died in 1930. Surviving ar e a son, Walter of Sarahsville route 1; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Fox of Caldwell Route 4 and Mrs. Rosetta Gressel of Akron; a sister, Mrs. Ida Archer of Summerfield Route 1; two brothers, Harry Sorg of Summerfield Route 1 and Otto Sorg of Cambridge; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Two sisters and a grandson are deceased. Friends may call at Brubach Funeral Home at Summerfield 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today. Requiem mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's church at 10 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Rodolf Wargo officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
