  [S927] Obituary. CROOKSVILLE -- Martin H. Everson, 66, of 2085 Tatman's Rd. NE, Crooksville, died at 11:47 p.m. Sunday, July 4, 2004, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus after a brief illness. Born Feb. 23, 1938, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, he was a former employee of Ferro Alloy Corp. and the Crooksville Water Works Department and a former member of Crooksville Eagles 1979. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sue (Charlton) Everson; three daughters, Anita (Daniel) Rodgers of Crooksville, Susie (Jamey) Coffey of White Bluff, Tenn., and Peggy (Terry) Higgins of Crooksville; two sons, Russ (Sara Everson of Crooksville and Gary (Carrie) Everson of Newark; one sister, Enice Butler of Belmont County; one brother, Richard (Alfreda) Everson of West Wheeling, Ohio; and 16 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy F. and Edna Mae Landers Everson; and three brothers, Guy Jr., Robert and Roger Everson. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2004, at Goebel Funeral Home in Crooksville, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 8, 2004, with Pastor Larry Taylor officiating.
