Crowley, 98 of Zanesville, died 2:14 PM Friday, May 6, 2011 at Genesis Morrison House Hospice Zanesville, following a lengthy illness. She was born Sunday, December 8, 1912 in Fulda, the daughter of Henry Heil and Margaret (Gerst) Heil. She married Connie P. Crowley in April of 1951 and was the oldest member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Louise was employed as an x-ray technician with Good Samaritan Hospital and served as Office Manager for Dr. Glazier. She was an upholster and operated the business from her home for many years. She loved cards, enjoyed having parties and guests in her home and was a huge Cincinnati Reds fan. Louise is survived by one daughter: Mary Ann (Mike) Moody of Zanesville and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her husband: Connie Crowley who died Oct. 12, 1962; one sister: Mary Cornett; and three brothers: Bill, Ephram and Otto Heil. Friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday, May 9, 2011 at The Hillis & Hardwick Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue where a Christian Vigil will be held 3:45P M. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Tuesday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with Fr. Jordan Turano, O.P. as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
