Reynolds passed away at Meadowbrook Medical Care Facility in Bellaire, MI on May 25, 2011. Harry crossed over to everlasting peace surrounded by loved ones. He was born November 21, 1930 in Leelanau, Michigan to Henry and Josephine (Hahnenberg) Reynolds. He moved to Boyne Falls in 1940 and graduated from Boyne Falls High School – Class of 1948. He found employment at Fisher Body in Flint where he met and married Gloria Ann Rust at St. Michael's Catholic Church on May 22, 1954. He became employed by the City of Flint – Water Department from which he retired in 1982 after 27 years of service.. He promptly moved his family to Boyne Falls to enjoy his retirement years mushroom picking, hunting, fishing and tinkering on whatever motor he could find. He spent a great deal of his time attending St. Augustine's Catholic Church in Boyne Falls where he enjoyed attending regular mass and singing in the choir. He was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, and will be greatly missed. Harry is survived by seven of his nine children; Patrice (Tony) Turner of Holly, Cheryl (Dale) Wangler of Swartz Creek, Warren (Nicky) Reynolds of Elmira, Ron (Linda) Reynolds of Elmira, Wayne (Kelly) Reynolds of Sevierville, TN, Dean (Anjanette) Reynolds of Elmira and Ellen (Mark) Brady of Lake Havasu City, AZ; 22 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and numerous other family members. His two brothers Gale and Derrold; his four sisters Doris, Betty, Eileen, and Kathleen. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria; two children Glen Reynolds and Karen Dawidowicz, two grandchildren Ben Dawidowicz and Marcus Turner; his parents, his brothers Robert, Burlin, Warren, Allen and one sister, JoAnn, Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00pm today May 27, 2011 at St. Augustine Church in Boyne Falls. A vigil service will be held 7:00pm following visitation. A funeral mass will be celebrated 9:00 am Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the church with Fr. Duane Wachowiak serving as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery in Boyne Falls. The family request memorial donations to be directed to St. Augustine Church Woman's Guild.
