SCHEHL
VICTOR L., age 47, of 3886* Stonebridge NW, North Canton, was pronounced dead on arrival Wednesday morning at Aultman Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Audrey, of the residence. One son, Steven Trey of the residence. Three daughters: Terri Lyn, Leanna Marie of the residence and Vicki Lynn of Canton. His parents: Mr. and Mrs. Royner Schehl of Caldwell, Ohio. Two brothers: John Schehl of the Philippines and Richard Schehl of Pittsburgh, Pa. Three sisters: Mrs. Dale (Mary) Merry of Canton, Mrs. Albert (Rita) Crock of Zanesville and Mrs. Dale (Donna) Bridgeman* of Caldwell. He was born in Caldwell and was a resident of the North Canton area for the past 25 years. He was a dirigible pilot for the Navy during World War II. He was a former pilot for the Canton Repository and the Imperial Electric Co. of Akron. He was also a former flight instructor at Akron-Canton Airport and the Akron Airport. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church of North Canton and the East Ohio Pilot's Association. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. in St. Paul's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Calling hours 2-4 and 7-9 Friday at the Korle* and Sons Funeral Home.
