  [S927] Obituary. Helen M. Williams, 90, of Murphysboro, passed away at 9:20 a.m., Saturday, December 4, 2010, at the Rehab and Care Center of Jackson County in Murphysboro, Illinois. Helen was born on June 2, 1920, in Vergennes, Illinois, to Karl Eisenhauer and Elizabeth (Endres) Eisenhauer. She had assembled shoes at the former Brown Shoe Company, and later she was a cook at the Murphysboro High School until 1982. Mrs. Williams was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Murphysboro, Illinois. Helen married Earl Williams on May 29, 1947, in Murphysboro, Illinois, and he preceded her in death on October 9, 1984. She is survived by two sons and daughter in laws Tim and Rita Williams of Marion, and Mark and Patty Williams of Murphysboro; six grandchildren Brice Williams and his wife Sara Williams of Nashville, TN, Ashley Tretter and her husband Aaron Tretter of Marion, Joe Williams and his wife Erin Williams of Seattle, WA, John Williams and his wife Marie WIlliams of Belleville, IL, Christine Williams of Louisville, KY, and Daniel Williams of Murphysboro; four great grandchildren; and two brothers Gene Eisenhauer and Bill Eisenhauer, both of DuQuoin. She was preceded in death by one great grandchild, two brothers Karl Eisenhauer and Leonard Eisenhauer, one sister Pauline House and her parents. A funeral mass will be held at 11 am Monday, December 6, 2010, at St. Andrew Catholic Church with Father Gary Gummersheimer officiating, with burial at St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Greater St. Louis Hemophilia Foundation or Hospice of Southern Illinois, Inc.
