DEATH SUMMONS JOSEPH SCHAFER
CALDWELL, June 14 -- Jospeh Schafer, 86, retired Noble
county farmer of the Dudley community, died at noon today at
Good Samaritan hospital in Zanesville following a three day
illness.
He was born in Enoch Township the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Adam Schafer. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic
church in Folda (sic).
Surviving is his wife, Anna.
The body was removed to the Estadt funeral home here
where it will remain until 9:30 Wednesday morning when it
will be taken to St. Mary's church for services. Rev. Thomas
Schilling of Beverly will officiate and burial will be in the
church cemetery.
