She was born Sept. 19, 1921, in Woodsfield, daughter of the late Edward K. and Emma Brown Burkhart. Mrs. Christman was preceded in death by her first husband, Emmett Flynn; a brother, Edward Burkhart; two sisters, Dorthy Burkhart and Emma Mae Burkhart; and a grandson, Bryan Lee Flynn. She leaves her husband, Frank A. Christman Sr. of Woodsfield; two daughters, Donna Christman of Sardis and Mary Jo Weber of Cambridge; four sons, John Christman of Woodsfield, Sam Christman of Barlow, Frank Christman Jr. of Lewisville and William Flynn of Quaker City; 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
