The former Shreveporter and father of a local resident died at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Methodist Hospital in Houston after a long illness. Mr. Seibert was a business agent and secretary-treasurer of the International Union of Elevator Contractors Local 31 of Houston. Survivors include a son, Nick Edward Seibert of Houston; a daughter, Mrs. Richard Templin of Shreveport; two sisters, Mrs. W. R. Knight of Houston and Mrs. Jean Gele of New Orleans, and two grandchildren. The family requests that any memorial contributions be made to the Methodist Hospital Cancer Fund in Houston.
