Johnson Bark, 84, passed away Saturday, March 7, 1998 at the Lincoln Lutheran Home.Mrs. Bark was born in Racine on May 12, 1913, daughter of the late James and Margaret Trapp Johnson and was a lifelong Racine resident. On June 15, 1933, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Racine, she was united in marriage to Elmer W. Bark. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, St. Mary's Hospital Auxiliary, Daughters of Isabella and Ladies Elks.Survivors include her husband, Elmer; her son, Jeffrey (Lorie) Bark of Burlington; her daughter, Judie (William) Clausen of San Jose, Calif.; five grandchildren, Drew and Julie Bark, Dave (Terri) Clausen, Tim (Sheila) Clausen, and Kelly (Michael) Urbina; six great-grandchildren; nephew, George (Joanne) Itzenhuiser of Racine; niece, Joanne Carravetta of Racine; other relatives and many friends.She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sue Ellen; two brothers, James and Charles; sister, Rosemary; and nephew, Ron Itzenhuiser.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 5700 Washington Ave., on Wednesday, March 11, 1998, at 7 p.m. with Rev. Paul M. Esser officiating. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Highway 32.
