Lux, 65 years, old, who has been residing at the Westcott hotel, died early Tuesday morning after an extended illness. He was formerly employed by the Knowles Tool corporation, was a member of the Eagles Lodge and St. Andrew's Catholic church. He was a native of Chicao but had lived in Richmond most of his life. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mary Springer, West Manchester, Ohio, and Mrs. Robert Englebert of Richmond; two sons, John jr., and Robert Lux, both of New Paris, Ohio; 18 grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services for Mr. Lux will be a requiem high mass at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Andrew's church, with burial in the church cemetery.
