Obit: Agnes L. Burkhart, 61, New Castle Road, Beallsville, died Tuesday, April 9, 1996, in the Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
She was born May 26, 1934, in Monroe County, a daughter of the late Francis and Hazel Brummell Reischman. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Miltonsburg.
Surviving are her husband, Norbert; three sons, Larry and Don Burkhart both of Beallsville and Bruce Burkhart of Wilkesboro, NC; three daughters, Jacqueline Palmer of Bethesda, Donna Robinson of Stafford, and Tina Burkhart of Beallsville; a brother, Karl Reischman of Quaker City; seven grandchildren.
Friends will be received today, 2 to 9 p.m. at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church,with the Rev. Chester Pabin officiating. Burial follows in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Cemetery, Miltonsburg. Vigil services at 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.

She was born May 26, 1934, in Monroe Co, Ohio to Francis and Hazel Brummell Reischman.
She was a member ofSt. John the Baptist Catholic Church of Miltonsburg, Ohio.
She is survived by her husband, Norbert Burkhart of Bealsville; three sons, Larry and Don Burkhart, both of Bealsville, and Bruce Burkhart of Wilkesboro, North Carolina; three daughters, Jacqueline Palmer of Bethesda, Ohio, Donna Robinson of Stafford, Ohio, and Tina Burkhart of Beallsville; seven grandchildren; and one brother, Karl Reischman of Quaker City, Ohio.
Mass of Christmas burial was at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at Miltonsburg with the Reverend Chester Paben officiating. Burial was in St. John Church Cemetery. Friends called from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home in Woodsfield with the Vigil services at 8 p.m.
