He retired from the U.S. Navy and served in WWII. He later retired from Civil Service at NAS Jacksonville. His memberships include The Fleet Reserve, the V.F.W., and Calvary United Methodist Church. Mr. Livernois is survived by his son Ron Livernois (Barbara); his step son Robbie Cates (Edith); step daughter Patricia Bennett; also numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; his brothers Bob, Lee, and Alan; and his sister Barbara. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 24, 2012 in the chapel of Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park.
