Visitation will be Feb. 1, 2010, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. and funeral services at 11 a.m. at the First Congregational United Church of Christ. Edwin was born Oct. 3, 1917, at Eureka to Christ and Marie (Heib) Opp. He attended school in Eureka. Advertisement He proposed and married his friend Margaret Martell. Recently they celebrated their 70th year anniversary. Three children were born to this union,? Elroy, Darleen (Olson) and John.? They were also blest with five grandchildren. Edwin worked as a sheet metal worker for both Leidholt and Schmidt Sheet Metal. Edwin liked to bowl but his greatest love was playing pool at the Senior Citizens Center. Ed is survived by his wife, Margaret; daughter, Darleen; son, John; sister, Norma; brother, Eddy; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
