She was born in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Hershel A. and Eska Seebaugh Mills. She was a homemaker and a member of Washington United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Eugene W. McPherson of Parkersburg; four daughters and sons-in-law, Terri and Kenny Allman of Washington, W.Va., Carole and Jeff Cooper of Washington, W.Va., Linda and Bob Brownfield of Parkersburg and Sandra and Bill Brown of Parkersburg; a son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Sherry McPherson of Washington, W.Va.; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Alva and Olive Mills of Washington, W.Va., and Abraham (Abe) and Paulla Mills of Parkersburg; and a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Dean Thompson of Mineral Wells. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Mills. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Washington United Methodist Church with Pastors David Calvert and Elwood Fleming officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
