David O'Connor. Burial at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at Cedar Memorial Funeral home on Monday from 3 to 8 p.m. where a vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Luke's Health Care Foundation, Kingston Hill, or All Saints Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Eileen Mary Dais; three children, Marlene (Jesse) Arenas of Mt. Vernon, Sheryl (Patrick) O'Connell of Marion and Steven Dais of San Diego, CA; four grandchildren, Shauna Graybill, Rick Arenas, Candice and Brandon O'Connell; two great-grandchildren, Ashleigh and Bailey Graybill; four brothers, Walter (Edna) Dais and Calvin (Lou Ella) Dais, all of Eureka, SD, Milbert (Bernice) Dais of Aberdeen, SD, LeRoy (Hope) Dais of Denver, CO; and two sisters, Alice Meier of Eureka, SD; and Mabel (Lee) Cory of Marion. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Dais; one brother, Aaron and one sister, Darlene.
