Eugene G. Wegman died Friday, April 27, 2007 at age 89. He was a First Lieutenant Army Air Force B-26 pilot in the European Theater. Mr. Wegman and his brothers created the Kwik-Fil service stations. He was a member of Rotary, Kiwanis and a founding member of the Fulton Chain of Lakes Association. Mr. Wegman is survived by his daughters, Gene Marie Agban, Ann (Gene) Northrop, Fran (Nick) Furibondo, Ellie Wegman; grandchildren, Liza (Bob) Davis, Amy (Ed) Ryan, Julie (Chris) Biehn, Jennifer Babcock, Heidi Northrop, Gene (Nicole) Furibondo, Michael (Jen) Furibondo, Mary Furibondo; eight great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Rita McCabe, Linus (Peggy) Wegman, George (Helen) Wegman, Dody Voellinger; sister-in-law, Anne Johantgen; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by wife, Marie in 1993; great-granddaughter, Meghan Rose Furibondo. Mr. Wegman's funeral Mass was celebrated Tuesday, May 8, in the chapel at the Sisters of Mercy Motherhouse. Interment was in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Donations in his name may be made to Sisters of Mercy, McAuley Residence, 1437 Blossom Road, Rochester, NY 14610. Arrangements were made by Leo M.
