  BIOGRAPHY: http://www.genealogy.com/users/c/h/r/David-Alan-Christianson/FILE/0004text.txt ERVIN OPP Ervin Opp family Ervin Opp, son of Fred and Lydia (Hoff) Opp, was born March 19, 1926 northeast of Eureka. He married LaVern Aman, daughter of Emil and Martha (Job) Aman, on June 1, 1947. They lived on the homestead with Ervin's parents until 1949 when Fred and Lydia moved to Eureka. Today, Ervin and LaVern continue to operate the family farm. Four children were born to Ervin and LaVern: Arnold Earl, Kenneth Ervin, Darold Duane and (this had to be a girl) Mark Wayne. Arnold, born January 13, 1948, married Susan Punton on June 22, 1968. They were blessed with four children: Sheri and Shawn (twins), Todd and Shannon. Todd died at the age of one year, nine months after a lifelong illness. Arnie was co-owner of A and G Equipment Company in Fargo, North Dakota until his death in an auto accident October 17, 1980. Susan and the children reside in Fargo, North Dakota. Kenneth married Jeanne Streeter February 15, 1975, and they have three children, Cami, Kara and Ryan. They live in Ellendale, North Dakota where Ken is the administrator of the Ellendale Nursing Home. Kenneth was born April 17, 1949. Darold, born October 3, 1954, married Pamela Gruneich on April 26, 1980. Dr. Opp received his dental degree at the University of Nebraska and owns a dental practice in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Mark was born June 29, 1961 and presently works with his parents on the family farm. He received a Metal Technology degree at Northern State College in 1981.
