They were married 53 years before Homers death in September of 1999. Cecilia is survived by her children, Clare Dietrich Miller, Paul (Kathy) Miller, Erma (Tim) Day, Barbara (Raymond) Oleson, James (Cheri) Miller, Randy Miller, John (Betty) Miller and Mark Miller; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Lawrence Dietrich and Sister Mary Jude Dietrich. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ellen Elaine Gillaspey in October of 2009.
