Cecil was born October 24, 1937 in Pennsylvania to Clarence Ray and Eva Fyock. On April 11, 1966 he married Paulette A. Skinner at Marshall, MO. He was a Police Officer in Hallsville, MO for several years until he became disabled over 30 years ago. Cecil had also worked as a farm laborer and loved woodworking. Survivors include his wife Paulette of the home; five sons, Cecil Ned Fyock Jr. of Lamar, Eugene Fyock, Cecil Ray Fyock, and Robert Fyock; one daughter, Mary Fyock of Butler, MO; one sister, Zola Landis of Ohio; and five grandchildren, Michael Besendorfer & Dale Besendorfer of Butler, MO, Stormy Fyock, Chris Fyock, and Robert Fyock. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Harry Fyock; and a son Sam Ray Fyock on December 13, 2010. A time of remembrance and sharing will be announced.
