Andreas Lambrix was born Apr . 13,1801or 1808 in Bayern , Germany and married Elizabeth Huber from the same area . they lived first in Buffalo ,New York and then moved to Grand Rapids , MI . Oldest son , Lawerence married Catherine Shearer /Scherer and second son , Henry (1837-1875) married Elizabeth Shearer /Scherer . Catherine and Elizabeth were also born in Bavaria , Germany and came with their parents ,Michael and Barbara Shearer to the United States when Catherine was 8 years old (1845 ) AT least , Catherine and Lawrence were married in New York . The records I have read as follows :Elizabeth , Henry's wife came to this country from Germany when she was l year old . She lived in New Orleans , Buffalo , Detroit , Grand Rapids and finally in Mapleton , MI . After Henry Sr . died she moved to Traverse City Area and married Oliver Lardie . Henry Sr . died Jan 1875 and was buried at Pattersfield Cemetery . I am the great , granddaughter of Lawrence and Catherine Lambrix and have a lot more information if you need more .

BIOGRAPHY: Hütschenhausen
Der Ort Hütschenhausen wurde von einem Mann namens ?Hizo" gegründet und hieß ursprünglich ?Hizhusin". Hütschenhausen war vor seiner Entstehung nur spärlich geschützt. Wie alle kleineren Dörfer war es nicht durch Mauern befestigt, es besaß nur einen Graben. Die Erde aus diesem Graben wurde zu einem Wall aufgeworfen, auf dem man Hecken und Dornen anpflanzte.. Wo Wege hinausführten, kam ein Tor hin, das schräg aufgehängt war, so daß es immer von selbst zufiel. An anderen Stellen, wo Pfade waren, kamen kleine Treppen hin, die sogenannten Sieglinge.
Hütschenhausen wurde erstmals oftiziell im Jahre 1377 erwähnt, als ein ?Syfrid von Huczenhusen" als Zeuge vor Gericht auftrat. Die ersten Einwohnerzahlen findet man in Schatzungsbüchern der Stadt Landstuhl, die ältesten aus dem Jahre 1592. Es gab damals 75 Einwohner. Im Dreißigjährigen Krieg war Hütschenhausen verödet. Um 1680 finden wir unter den 20 Einwohnern in Hütschenhausen die Namen Leßmeister, Leyss und Stämmler. 1787 hatte Hütschenhausen 33 Einwohner, 1910 waren es 124, heute sind es 2272.
Zu erwähnen wäre noch, daß sich bis etwa ins 17. Jahrhundert südlich des Ortes zahlreiche Seen, Weiher und Sümpfe befanden, aus denen viele Einheimische als Fischer ihren Lebensunterhalt verdienten.
